PAYT Meeting Minutes for June 19, 2002 [not official, subject to ammendment and approval]
Present:  Terry Miller, George Russell, Jay Ball, Don Friswell, Carol Gloff, Denise Nelken, Eric Nottonson, Melanie Phillips, Kathy Rehl, Peter Slamin, Brinley Vickers, Debbie Hellmold, Tom Hopkins

Minutes from June 5, 2002 approved and accepted with one correction.  Name of Tom Hopkins should be corrected as present.

Planning for the Selectmen’s Meeting on July 8th: 

  • Intro 
  • Subcommittees - brief overview and conclusions of each
We would like a one page summary to hand out to the public

DEP Grant: to qualify, we need a two year commitment by the Selectmen for PAYT.

The rest of the meeting was spent discussing who the presenters will be and what to include in the packet for the Selectmen.

The meeting adjourned at 8:55.
